Deposit Policy:

All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card or deposit of one night's room and tax. Upon arrival, payment for length of stay is required in advance.

Cancellation Policy:

We charge one night's room and tax if cancellation does not occur prior to 48 hours of arrival. You must call the hotel directly to cancel. A cancellation confirmation number will be provided to you.

Other Rental Policies:

• We are a non-smoking facility. We enforce a 0.00 reconditioning fee for smoking in our rooms.
• Pet policy limits pets to under twenty pounds and a maximum of tw pets per room.
• Full payment is required upon check-in. If extended stay, full payment for weekly stay is required upon arrival and each week thereafter. For monthly, full payment is required in advance for each month. Extended Stay contracts are required.
• Third party payments must call the hotel directly.
• Proper identification (state issued driver's license or passport) is required upon check-in.
